Excellent service from Dexters with a quite tricky sale due to COVID and an absentee freeholder office! Dexters stuck with it and tried their very best so we got there in the end. David and Zain were particularly helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I would certainly use them again.

Agents at Dexter's threatened to have my apartment taken from me after payments of €20k+ were made because they could not wait 5 days to sign a paper. I was planning a 1-year contract with Dexters for an apartment in London where the move-in date was 3 months ahead. Just a day after I paid €1000 for their commission fee before signing with the landlord the agents working at Dexters called and texted me non-stop for 2 days threatening to revoke the apartment and take the money I had already paid (€20k+) because I was busy with my job and could not sign any more papers until the weekend. Absolutely awful experience, do not recommend these thieves. Please choose another agency that does actual estate work compared to these criminals.

He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and patiently addressed any concerns or issues I had. Dexters Marylebone:A Regrettable Experience ZERO STARSDexters Marylebone not only failed in providing an acceptable level of service but, from my experience, they also exhibit scam-like behavior. Their primary focus seems to be on obtaining payment without any intention of delivering the promised services.Throughout my interactions, the only prompt communication I received was when they were pursuing payment. Outside of that, my numerous attempts to address concerns and issues were continually ignored. Ella and Emily, in particular, were two representatives who consistently promised to return calls, but never once followed through.Being ignored once or twice might be considered an oversight, but after being brushed off more than 50 times, it's hard to see it as anything other than a deliberate disregard for customers. This, coupled with their dubious practices, raises serious concerns about their legitimacy.I urge potential clients to think twice before dealing with Dexters Marylebone. There are far more reputable companies out there that value customer satisfaction over deceptive practices.

A generally very good experience. The after sales service provided by Tal in the Clapham Office was great. The only improvement would be for greater communication around who to expect to hear from - overall I think I interacted with 5 different members of the Dexters team which was a slightly disjointed experience

GoogleI recently rented a flat through Dexters Finsbury Park, and was assisted by Lily Webster throughout the process. Although my case was a bit more complicated than usual, she advised me appropriately, swiftly took action towards sorting out the tricky situation, and was happy to answer any questions that arose, providing an overall smooth and unexpectedly easy experience.

Liars - complete disgrace.St John's Wood branch were selling a flat for my partner, found a buyer who was apparently ready to go, mortgage in place etc. After months of poor communication, they emailed stating the deposit was received and contract had been signed.However, this was found to be completely untrue. No response from the company, the agent is now apparently on leave, and no explanation from management. Months wasted and thousands in lost rent.Avoid at all costs and choose a professional company instead.

The team at Dexters Wimbledon are absolutely brilliant and have been superb in the sale of our house. Simon came out to do the valuation and he was always on hand to help with any advice needed (even down to schools in the new area we are moving!). Billy and Verity have ensured a fast and smooth transition, keeping constant lines on communication and have been really great to enable us to have a really smooth and quick exchange. Its very stressful when you see a tenant's rent getting later and later, and then obviously, they ignore it completely. Well, at that point, life becomes an uphill struggle, or just seems to go that way. Twice this has happened to me; both times, Myra Mettam of 61 Honour Oak Park has come to my rescue and solved my problems.I see her as my knight in shining armor, Myra, for PM; she gets my vote every time.
