Appalling estate agents. We moved out of the property 20 days ago and the landlord agreed to the full reimbursement of the deposit. As Dexter's holds the deposit, they're not reimbursing our deposit and no one is responding to our emails either. Customer service worse than poor! They only ever created problems when we were living at the property and now they're trying to steal our deposit. Literally no one is replying to our emails.Reply to query. I find it very odd that you can't find me on the database. You still have our deposit. Liaise with Dexter's North, we have given them till 12pm tomorrow to reimburse our deposit after which we will be filing and official complaint and the team at TDS where you pay a premium has assured us that they will assist us with getting our deposit back. I will not be emailing you privately as you requested. As I have sent several emails and your colleagues have failed to respond.

Would give zero stars. Richmond office rented me a rat infested cottage! Took no responsibility- nor did the scum landlord! Got the council involved and they are forcing the scum LL to fix his property- six months after he was told that he had rats! NB. I could smell the rotting corpses of the rats that is how I knew there was a problem, following the rats a fly infestation occured- huge flies that were feeding off the dead rats / followed by moths also feeding off the dead rats. It’s been like the Ten Plagues of Egypt over here in Richmond!Dexters you are a disgrace! I left a review a month ago on their Google page and some moron replied saying they would be in touch! No one was in touch. But no worries ! I the tenant am getting everything sorted because everyone down at the Richmond office is too incompetent and lazy to do anything. Disgusting agency!

Disgusting customer service.UPDATE : area director said he would respond the week after my complaint. I chased him a month later and he then responded. He hadn’t read my complaint. Tried to gaslight me by claiming that dexters weren’t aware of things I’d specifically addressed in the complaint and sent screenshots of emails discussing these things with Dexters. Vile.

I’ve just had the first hand experience of these utter clowns. They will do anything to get you into an apartment, including lying (mainly about renovations) and allowing people to move into a place with 1. Doors that don’t close 2. Blown light fixtures3. Filthy windows 4. Leaks / holes in walls 5. Paint splattered on windows The list goes on and on… They don’t actually reply to emails, rather ignore until you stop replying. Call up and try and discuss it, you get arrogant clowns who went to uni and did a degree in quackery try and argue back with you that you’re wrong, and that they ‘never said this or that’Once you’re signed - that’s it! Avoid them at ALL COSTS! Seriously! I’m not finished dealing with them, and I won’t be backing down!

Too slow and too fastI have extended my contract and had a end of contract negotiations. During the negotiations Dexters letting team were able to reach my landlord in same day and get instant response and we ended uplifting my rent nearly 20% which is fine too fast but no complaints...I requested some maintenance for flat, removal of some poor quality furnitures and contract update (name update) . So guess what -----all response time is 20 working days !!!!!!! I wouldn't go with Dexter, if I knew that would be the case at the beginning.
