GoogleUnfortunately after an initial good review, all the process ended up terribly bad.
The landlord decided not to sign the contract even we had went thru the referencing process in 1 day, allegedly for health reasons, and Dexters let us know of that only 7 days before we were supposed to move.
Now Dexters and the landlord get away with it, no support from their side.. we were left by ourself... clearly we will need to spend much more money either in getting a new flat in 1 week, or in another short term rental.
Tenants, watch out, Dexters is not going to do much when most needed.

We were disappointed that this was the case but must act on our Landlord's instructions. GoogleI had an appointment today to view an apartment. I travel into London 2 hours train journey. Arrived 12 midday, the appointment was at 1pm. Then received a phone call telling me that the apartment had already been let 1 hour before the appointment. Felt like I had wasted my day, and lost a day of work. Very unhappy with this agency.
