GoogleI was looking to buy a property in Paddington, however, decided to move my search more locally, due to the school facilities for my 4 children (with number 5 on the way!!). Just wanted to say thank you to Dexters for their help, especially for Jack who went above and beyond to help me find a property that ticked all the boxes! Will defiantly be giving him a call if I or any of my friends wish to move to Paddington.

GoogleThe agency held the keys for 2 weeks after our tenancy agreement has already started. Originally we were not gonna go with this agency, but our agent was pushy enough and talked us into renting one of the flats with Dexters, he was the one to rush the tenancy start date and after all the agency did not finish their paperwork on time. Our agent went on vacation leaving our move to the property lettings manager who also made some accounting mistakes so that my flat mate ended up paying more than she should have in the first place. As I can see a lot of people mentioned that agents at Dexters in Paddington are efficient communicators, well, that did not make them efficient workers and after holding the keys for 2 weeks instead of taking a responsibility for messing up big times, we just heard the property manager saying sorry with puffy eyes, which is still better than when our own agent tried calling it 'a good gesture to the landlord'. During the tenancy we had multiple troubles with the agency and the apartment and by the end of the tenancy some of the agents still had a courage to tell us that we should rent with dexters again, thanks but never again, not willing to give out 2k pounds 'as a good gesture to landlord' every time i move into a new place with dexters. Will never rent or consider buying a property with them, neither can recommend to anyone else.

GoogleAlthough I didn't go with Dexter when I chose my flat to rent because I got better offer from another agency, I would like to extend my appreciation for service of Dexter Paddington, especially from Nick Blair. He is absolutely helpful and understand customers' needs and could go extra length to give you best offer. Furthermore, he is very responsive and professional when it comes to communication. My current agency is not as good I must say in terms of customer services so I will consider go back to Dexters later when my contract ends.

He made the Lettings process extremely smooth, answered all my questions, helped negotiate with the landlord and got the best deal for both parties. Without doubt the best lettings agent I have dealt with to date, a true asset to Dexters. And with a portfolio of properties second to none, I would have no hesitation using this branch again and recommending them to friends and family! Thank you.

GoogleGood agent services for finding properties to rent however since moving we have had to deal with property management services which have taken months to fix important issues with our rental property such as mould, broken fridges and a faulty dishwasher. GoogleI let my flat through Dexters, and have always been impressed with their professionalism. In particular, Jadasa recently helped me when my tenant was left without electricity due to a flood in the flat above. She spent a lot of her time finding me an electrician who could come out in an emergency, and then organising the required appointments. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she was very sympathetic of the situation.
