GoogleWe found our property through Dexters (previously Sebastian Roche) and the move was managed by Casey Gemmell. Unfortunately our sale took longer than expected due to the chain and the solicitors. However, during this time Casey provided great support by chasing the numerous parties and informing us of any changes. Casey‘s polite and friendly demeanour made him a pleasure to deal with. We were very grateful to have him on the team.

The office coordinator Sophie dealt with me with empathy and sensitivity. She went that extra mile to ensure the admin side of things went smoothly. GoogleI was very skeptical about taking on the task to find a property suitable for all my family’s needs but it has been the easiest experience since meeting with Noah at Dexters, he always goes the extra mile and I appreciate his ongoing support. I was very picky at the start of the property search but he catered to my preferences and showed me multiple houses I loved. 11/10 !

GoogleI have tried to find homes to rent with various estate agents but Dexter's (and in particular, Saffron) have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I felt like a priority and that my needs were being listened to while Saffron tried her best to find me my dream property. Her colleagues were also great, well-informed and kind. GoogleWe have had a great experience with Sebastian Roche so far, particularly with Bishwas and Chloe. Although there was an issue with misquoting the rental price at the start, this was quickly redeemed by Bishwas who sorted the rental agreements for us very efficiently and was always available on the phone when we had an issue. Chloe has also been amazing, she is very proactive and answers all of our questions and queries quickly. She has been especially great at reassuring us when there have been hiccups, and was patient with us when waiting on our references. My only (small) complaint is that there have been a few admin errors (mistyping our names and dates on documents, and sending the wrong property address on guarantor documents). But these are only small niggles, and the process has still been overwhelmingly positive!

GoogleAbsolutely horrific treatment of renters. So far during my tenancy I've experienced mould, a gas leak, smelly water supply, and an actual leak through the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. They have shown absolutely 0 urgency to fix any of the issues. AVOID.

GoogleIf you're a renter and you'd like to make your move more stressful, then these are the guys for you! Absolutely terrible customer care, they just want you in quick, and focus is on theirs and the landlords needs with total disrespect for the tenant.
