We found our property through Dexters (previously Sebastian Roche) and the move was managed by Casey Gemmell. Unfortunately our sale took longer than expected due to the chain and the solicitors. However, during this time Casey provided great support by chasing the numerous parties and informing us of any changes. Casey‘s polite and friendly demeanour made him a pleasure to deal with. Dexters offered a excellent service during the emotional process of selling my late mothers home. The agents Joe and Cassey constantly communicated with me throughout. The office coordinator Sophie dealt with me with empathy and sensitivity. She went that extra mile to ensure the admin side of things went smoothly. I have tried to find homes to rent with various estate agents but Dexter's (and in particular, Saffron) have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We have had a great experience with Sebastian Roche so far, particularly with Bishwas and Chloe. Although there was an issue with misquoting the rental price at the start, this was quickly redeemed by Bishwas who sorted the rental agreements for us very efficiently and was always available on the phone when we had an issue. Chloe has also been amazing, she is very proactive and answers all of our questions and queries quickly. She has been especially great at reassuring us when there have been hiccups, and was patient with us when waiting on our references. My only (small) complaint is that there have been a few admin errors (mistyping our names and dates on documents, and sending the wrong property address on guarantor documents). But these are only small niggles, and the process has still been overwhelmingly positive!

Absolutely horrific treatment of renters. So far during my tenancy I've experienced mould, a gas leak, smelly water supply, and an actual leak through the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. They have shown absolutely 0 urgency to fix any of the issues. AVOID.

Wasted 8 weeks of my lifer going through their complaints process for them to lie and gaslight me. I sent them clear screenshots of my discussions with the sales manager, Tal, discussing how this was the 4th estate agent my landlord had put my flat on the market with and hence the stress this was causing and why I wanted all communication in writing. Both directors have denied that dexters had any knowledge of this, even after sending them very physical proof. They said that my request for writing was ignored once, when I sent them very physical proof that it had been ignored 3 times. They said that the property was not listed as tenant in situ as there is no tenant will be there when the property is sold. The property has been sold and my tenancy agreement is until the end of march, and I have been pressured to move out. I could go on but this is heinous and disgusting. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
