Romeo worked tirelessly on a very challenging transaction responding professionally and promptly, following up and stepping in as necessary. GoogleI'm going to try and keep this short. I've had a flat viewings recently for renting. The viewing was attended by Paul. Although the property was not in viewing or moving in condition it was advertised as such. The property was not clean and had faulty windows. When I made Paul aware of the issues first he tried to dismiss them directly then he's become visibly irritated. At the same time he encouraged all prospective tenants to go for a " bidding war" ... I found this behaviour totally unacceptable and upsetting. Probably not everyone in this branch is this way but that was my experience

GoogleSorry for writing in Hungarian, but I'm so nervous that I can't describe it in English!!!! We have had a good relationship with our Landlord for 15 years, we have always solved everything on time, there was a pipe break and we solved it within 2-3 hours so that the Landlord did not have to do anything, and it was cheap for £25!!!!!! Dexters have been managing their houses for our Landlord for a month now. The one who lives above us has a broken pipe, water is dripping from the ceiling. We said a week ago that we should call in an emergency because the problem is getting worse!!! Nothing happens!!! Our washing machine broke down a week ago, I already asked to buy a new one because we can't wash clothes!!! A week and a half ago, they promised to repair the washing machine which, when you turn it on, turns off the fuse box, so it is life-threatening!!! Our gas has been shut off for a week, we have no hot water, we can't heat, we can't even bathe!!!! Terrible customer service!!! They only look out for their own interests, they don't care about the seriousness of the problem!!! Think carefully about whether you want to make any deal!! I do not recommend!!!
