We dealt with Jim, who was incredibly efficient in finding us the perfect rental property in a very short time, despite our specific needs and requirements. Whilst we sold through Dexters Hendon we had to take a massive loss to the original valuation. If I hear ever again “your house is only worth what someone wants to pay” I will go and make a ridiculous offer!! We asked George to be upfront and honest in his appraisal and he assured us he was giving us a true valuation more than once. Yet within 2 weeks he called and asked us to drop £75000! Yes £75000 it just so happens that Dexters have meetings and in those KPI (key performance indicators I have been told this by someone who used to work for them , they need to get the price down. As we had found the house we wanted we ended up dropping £100,000 . There is nothing in my opinion honest about the valuation initially given by George, they just want the commission and that is it, I wonder why estate agents have the reputation they do. I would strongly take anything they say with a pinch of salt quite frankly I can’t say what I think on here. George simply did not care about us, and that’s my opinion. Disgusting. Stay clear if you are selling unless you are prepared to drop massively very quickly.

Dexters in Hendon found a buyer very swiftly when other agents declined the instruction as 'the flat was unsaleable'. Brian led the transaction, but one standout from my whole experience was that they are a strong team, working together and supporting eachother regardless of whose transaction it was. The process took many months of legal to and fro but Dexters kept their focus all the way through.

The flat wasn't properly cleaned. There are a few issues with the the doorknob of the balcony, the kitchen door, the store room and utility room doors. I got a crushed fob of the car parking entrance and I didn't get the third fob from the building access. Anyway, I would like to thank to Paul for his effort in getting us the best conditions.
