I’d like to update my previous review to reflect how positively the situation concluded. After deciding to return and make an offer on the property I originally wanted, Dexter Hendon, and especially Georges, the director of the agency, were extremely supportive. Georges personally took charge of the process, ensured clear communication throughout, and guided me all the way to completion. We completed yesterday, and I collected the keys at the Dexter Hendon office, handed over by Georges himself. I really appreciated the professionalism, commitment, and hands-on support shown. I’m glad it ended this way, a positive outcome for everyone involved. I would recommend Dexter Hendon, with transparency and clear communication being key throughout the process

Unfortunately, our experience with Dexters Hendon was very poor. Communication was frequently unclear and delayed, particularly in relation to maintenance issues and the end-of-tenancy process. There was ongoing confusion around the tenancy end date, and the check-out report was only provided several weeks after we had vacated the property, and only after repeated follow-ups. The deposit process was unnecessarily stressful and lacked transparency. I strongly advise tenants to keep all communication in writing and retain clear evidence throughout the tenancy, especially when approaching the end of a contract. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this branch

This reveiw is specifically for Amad Quaid who gave me the first amazing experience working with Dexters. When I met with Amad, he showed me a property that I really liked, unfortunately, that property fell through but on the same breath, while giving me the sad news, he already had a couple of properties to show me. I told him I didn't like those ones but that didn't deter Amad who was bent on meeting my needs. He found me another property similar to the one I wanted, I told him the move in date was too far for me, trust Amad to always go an extra mile. Amad went to the moon and back to get me a closer move in date. I can not speak highly enough of my wonderful experience with him. He made this process of property rental (which is usually a headache) a seamless one for me and for that I can boldly say in Tina Turner's voice; He is SIMPLY THE BEST! Once again, I thank you Amad.
