We finally exchanged on our property after lots and lots of running around and chasing solicitors. Through it all Blair was a calming influence and tried to do absolutely everything in his power to make sure all parties were comfortable and happy. He was diligent and on the ball at every step of the way. From offer to exchange was supposed to take 4-6 months on our apartment, but due to chasing solicitors and developers and the managing agents, we got these in just under 3 months. Hopefully, completion will go just as smoothly.

Second year in a row I've been using Dexters Hendon to find my ideal home. Dominic from Dexters is an incredible agent. He was there from the beginning when we were looking for a rental property. Dominic was super helpful and really advocated for myself and my partner with the Landlord over the period of our partnership with them. He frequently kept us up to date with our progress through the renting process and was quick to respond and provide further information when we needed it. Even on the days that he was not due to be working, he passed us on to the Director (Anthony, who was also incredibly helpful), so that if we had any questions or concerns then we would still be able to communicate with the agency. Especially in the current housing market and all the pressure they must be under with the amount of other people looking to rent, they have gone above and beyond to make sure things go smoothly for us. We couldn’t recommend them enough!
