GoogleI feel really mixed writing this review as the agent who sold us our property was fantastic at communicating with us, getting more info from the sellers than our solicitors could (or were willing to). However when it came to completion day, dexters did not check the sellers had fully moved out and left the property in a good condition when they released one set of keys to us. Instead the sellers were still there, still had many sets of keys on them, and their things were everywhere. We had to sit and watch them move their things out which they only finished doing 6 hours after completion had been confirmed. This meant multiple things (boiler, light fixtures) were left broken and a general mess everywhere that we have had to pay out of pocket for. You’d think Dexters would’ve done the due diligence and ensured the property was left in a suitable condition but apparently not! Very disappointing service at the end of the day.
