GoogleThey are just liars. I called few times that I would like to view a property and every time they gave me different reason why I can't view it: first they told me someone made offer is no longer available. After few days the ad was still on I called and they said the owner is outside of London, I asked them can they get the keys and show me 2-3 days later, they said will call me back. Of course they didn't. I called them 3 days later and they said doing working on the property, can't be viewed for couple of weeks. Disappointed!!!!!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleDouglas Martin have provided a professional service throughout. Every staff member who has answered calls has been friendly, helpful and reliable. Nick and Ryann worked hard with the sale of my flat in a particularly difficult market during the pandemic and were down-to-earth, friendly and efficient at all times. Ryann's expertise and hard work enabled a successful sale. He has also been very generous in his offers of further help and advice along the way, which is greatly appreciated.
