Simply the best experience I could ever ask for - letting team in Douglas Martin is just amazing. I strongly recommend Paul who's helped us to rent 2 houses - 1 for myself & family, the other one for my brother & family. The process was extremely easy both times and Paul couldn't be more helpful and patience with us as he was. Douglas Martin will definitely be our first estate agency choice also for the next step, when we'll look to buy a house in Hendon area. A very pleasant experience with Douglas Martin, our first time dealing with the estate agents. Paul Segal and the entire lettings team were professional and friendly from start to finish. The whole process was seamless as we went from finding the perfect property for us to rent, to signing the contract and collecting the keys in no time at all. In what turned out to be an extremely complex and protracted sale process, Rafi managed to keep a cool head despite all the legal complications that came our way.
