Having come to the end of the process of selling my flat, I have only praise for the way in which Douglas Martin Estate Agents and Rafi Gamliel in particular have dealt with the whole matter. When we put the house on, we had several agents "compete". We chose Douglas Martin purely based on Nick, the sales manager, who was genuinely interested in our lives and keen to offer the best possible sales experience, in terms of a time frame that fitted, and how we would like the house marketed. From then viewings very regular and we felt safe and assured the house would be sold. Our point of contact was Rafi who was nothing short of remarkable. Keen and interested, he would provide feedback after visits and was calm and assuring throughout the process. He mediated fantastically and was at many points far more helpful than (the very pricey) lawyers. He helped both sides in a fair and assured manner and was always available to chat to, both to reassure us with the time frame and ensure we were happy with things throughout. His after care has continued and has followed up to ensure we were happy upon completion. I have been reading a mix opions from the review board. From my own personal experience, one of the Senior Lettings Negotiator, Paul Segal, he is no doubt the best person you can find in the agency. He is kind, always polite, he is one of those person who would make sure every problem be solved for you and follow up with you all the way to the end. A good experience with Ryann Picton, who was honest, frank and reliable during the whole process. These are qualities that I've learnt to appreciate even more and found a rarity after dealing with so many sales reps from various London Estate Agents. I did have a bit of a disagreement with his manager, Nick, RE certain terms of the sale whilst he was covering annual leave (it would've been 5* otherwise), but that shouldn't detract from the specific service that Ryan provided.
