It was a pleasant experience. We rented a flat through this agency and I have to admit that after a very long time, this is the first agency that actually calls you when they tell you that they will. They don't waste time. Our whole process was very quick and without any issues. I could contact the staff member any time and I feel like we have been given all the information that we could ask for. They would rather ask the landlord about an information than to lie to you to get you to rent the property. I don't have experience from other staff of this agency so I cannot tell but in my case, the agent I was dealing with was Paul. I definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for a quick and professional renting without any problems.
