I was extremely impressed with the effort that went into it - good local research and informed commentary on the sales market generally with specifics on who is buying and what they are looking for. It gave me what I needed to make a decision about whether to sell and how to pitch it. Exactly the expert advice I was looking for.

GoogleI cannot recommend the Sales Team at Dexters Notting Hill highly enough. In a tough market, they achieved what other agents could not - they sold my property! And they did so extremely quickly. Within a week of their putting my property on the market, they had executed more than a dozen viewings, and generated two offers, one at full asking price. In addition, they were all also very courteous and respectful. Ian Barrett in particular went above and beyond the call of professional duty in accommodating our particular needs throughout the process of the sale and beyond. If you're thinking of selling your property in Notting Hill, I would definitely recommend choosing Dexters.

GoogleMy partner and I had been trying to sell out flat for a few months and found ourselves in a rut with viewings having dried up and being told the market was in a bad way. We decided to roll the dice and switch agents to Dexters. They immediately managed to bring an injection of activity on our property and the viewings were flooding in. Within a couple of months we had found a buyer and accepted an offer above our asking price. From start to finish they were very personable and professional.
