The experience was far smoother than any I have had in the estate agency business before, Jemima is a high quality operator, knows her stuff and is very shrewd (and honest!) when it comes to negotiating. As a first-time buyer, I found the entire process of purchasing a flat quite stressful. However, James from Dexters went above and beyond to make things easier for me. Even though it wasn’t his official role, he worked tirelessly to smooth the communication between me and the seller. Without his intervention, I’m not sure if the exchange of contracts would have happened, as things were constantly delayed on the solicitors’ side. Really amazing service, spoke with multiple real estate agencies but Dexters on Westoubrne grove really made the difference in terms of professionalism, follow up and quality on their properties. Purchased a flat in Queensway with Josh Coleman as the agent at Dexters. He was punctual, straight-forward, business-like yet friendly. A quick back-and-forth with the seller and we agreed on the sale price in less than 30 minutes. Paperwork ensued and then it was up to the solicitors to do their job. Josh kept things moving, pushing where required to ensure things kept on track. A pleasure to deal with Josh and would recommend him to others. Offered in Aug 2023 and completed in Nov 2023 (12 weeks - because of the solicitors!)

I attended a viewing of a flat in Ladbroke Grove on the 18th of October 2022, with an Estate Agent from Dexters, named James Wittich. James was eloquent and highly professional in his approach and demonstrated that he was knowledgable about the housing market in general and specifically about the area in which I was hoping to purchase. He had a very personable and engaging personality and was cheerful and helpful throughout, which is just what you want when making such an important purchase Although I did not put an offer in on the flat, as it was a little too small for me, James paid attention to the detail of the specific type of property I was seeking for future reference. Why cant all Estate Agents take the time to be so helpful and personable?

I have nothing but high praise for Charlie Brandstatter. I first met Charlie when I was looking to buy a flat a few years ago and I was really impressed then. So it was a no brainer that I would go back to Charlie when I recently needed to sell a flat. He communicates brilliantly - always keeping me fully informed about everything. He's really smart and totally fair in his dealings with everyone. In the estate agent world, where there are undoubtedly lots of agents who are acting in a spirit of self-interest, and I met quite a few of these, Charlie is definitely one of the good guys. Apart from being utterly professional - he's also a lovely guy - very personable. I get the sense that a lot of the junior agents are following his example. I would buy/sell through Charlie any day.
