GoogleWe had an Inherited property to sell and with our being in the US it meant we relied heavily upon our agent, Charles Brandstatter. Charles was always available when we had questions, he went above and beyond to make sure we understood the lengthy process as well as handle items we could not as we were not present. Thank you to Charles as this sale would never have completed without his attention to detail and energy!

GoogleDuring the last two months, my husband and I have been intensely looking for a flat around Bayswater. We visited many flats with several estate agents, including one with Will from Dexters, which we thought had a lot of potential. Will was extremely professional (on time, easy to communicate with, he provided us with all the necessary information). We have ended up making an offer on the flat we visited with him, which was accepted!

GoogleI can’t speak more highly of my experience with Dexters Westborne Park. They dealt with the complicated sale of my mothers Holland Park Garden Flat after she died with such kindness & efficiency. I was really impressed with my main contact Parys & the other members of his team who were also extremely helpful and so well organised as a team. Parys went above and beyond at all stages of the sale and I was so impressed with how proactive he was at managing the legal process of exchange and completion. He was also extremely likeable and a delight to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Parys, Toby and the rest of the team at Dexters. They really did exceed my expectations on all levels in terms of professionalism, reactiveness, empathy, communication & negotiation.

GoogleHad a really good experience with Steffan who took time and care to take us through couple of flats that met our criteria. He was knowledgeable and very keen to share tips & insights to buying a property in this area. He wasn’t rushing us in viewings (like many other agents do) and was able to provide candid feedback on the property features which we highly appreciated. Post-viewing he drove us back to Dexter office to discuss other options & possible next steps. I’ve done 10+ viewings in central London this year, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Would recommend!

He is super friendly, knows all about the properties he is showing and most of all is not rushing through every viewing like I experienced with some other estate agents, when sometimes I have to make a follow up appointment for the same viewing to decide. Very professional and punctual. Would recommend if anyone is interested in buying in NW London.
