That aspect really gives us peace of mind. She has been professional and thorough in dealing with any action items making sure both tenants and landlords' interests are properly taken care of. GoogleWorst rental experience we've ever had! Dexters are a fraud and liars. We moved into the flat and 6 weeks in are still without heating. They didn't meet any of our conditions- the flat hadn't even been cleaned from the previous tenancy. Now they're not taking responsibility and keep lying. Stay away from this agency! Elliot Taylor, Stephen Dean and his team are nothing but a fraud!
