Samuel Jahson was very nice and efficient with me and my partner and went above and beyond to help us searching for our apartment. I would like to highlight the fact that we were also based abroad during the search and I want to say that his effort was much appreciated and made this process much easier for us. He has been regularly messaging with relevant choices and always provided pictures and videos of the premises. Very helpful and efficient service provided by Georgina in securing an amazing flat near Gloucester Road. Georgina has been very helpful and engaging throughout the whole onboarding process. I have still put 4 on the whole service, because now that we have moved in, we are experiencing a few issues regarding the actual management of the flat (repairs, etc) but hopefully they will be resolved soon.

The management team helped me fixed all the issues with the rented property before Christmas. Special thanks to Kaitlyn Watson. Very helpful. She dedicated four months to help me liaise with the landlord to have the faulty heater and extractor fan in the flat replaced. I know it must be extremely difficult and time consuming to deal with so many requests from all the tenants. And I feel very sorry for having to bombard her with emails and calls. I’m truly thankful that she helped me sort this out so I don’t have to worry about it for Christmas.
