They weren't pushy or pressuring, they allowed us space to walk around the property and get our own thoughts, they were so professional, but really laid back at the same time, so we felt very comfortable the entire time, amazing communication from Liz too, the Manager, they went above and beyond to truly find properties that fit our criteria, rather than just sending loads of things that were completely wrong. GoogleOur experience with Dexters has been very good so far. Our circumstances were very special, as we were abroad and were trying to find a property to relocate in the UK.
Having said this, all the process was done over emails, phone calls, videos etc.
All the representatives we spoke to were very understanding and accommodating and did everything in their power to help us find the property we were looking for.
When my husband arrived in the UK and visited the property we had paid the holding deposit towards, he realized that some sort of refurbishment was needed and Aaron and Liz chased this up with our landlord and literally within a week, the flat was ready to move in.
We are very pleased with the service we have received so far and we definitely recommend them.
