GoogleAidan did a cracking job keeping the deal together and managing it through to completion. I felt fully abreast of what was going on at all times. Also when the house didn't sell as quickly as hoped, it felt like a very collaborative process between Simon and me when making decisions about changing strategy, adjusting price etc. In addition everyone I dealt with was unfailingly courteous and helpful. GoogleI don't recommend this agency to you for many reasons ! they don't have response about your call or email and just they transfer to each other and no response. I had some issue inside the building and it was the landdlourd responsibility and agency. and I lost very valunlabe hand made carpet persian carpet it cost me 10000£ all together because of them and landlord . there is some insect inside the building that they are every where now because of the old building and just front of us they had this problem and landlord they did accept . any way I'm very unhappy because this pepole they work in wimbeldon no responses . you lose your time and money !

GoogleI was purchasing through Dexters before a change in circumstance due to the pandemic meant that sadly I needed to pull out of the sale. I didn't receive a single call to discuss or follow up. This led me to change agents and I'm so glad I did - I ended up buying and selling through a local independent estate agent SW19 and I can't recommend them highly enough.
