Initially from Simon, who has a wealth of knowledge about the property market and whose positivity is uplifting, then Aidan who sold the house, and who was highly professional and most personable, and latterly Tal and Lorraine who were so supportive and efficient during the final stages of the sale. Responsive team with agent dedicated to individual buyers throughout the process. Weekend viewings does limit that personalised experience but that is to be expected with a reduced team on Saturdays. Hand off between viewings team to sales progression team was a bit slow to begin with but after a few weeks, the process has been smooth and helpful. Overall professional and polite team across the board.

Having lived in a property managed by Dexters for almost 12 months, I have had a extremely positive experience. My property manager, Lauren Thayer, has handled all communications with a high degree of professionalism and speed. Any problems have been quickly remedied and double-checked by her carefully. Some of their letting fees could be considered high. The service received is however of a high standard and I would rent through Dexters again.
