GoogleDexters represented the sellers in the process, however it was clear that Gemma and her colleagues including Shahbaz at Dexters wanted to make sure that all parties were looked after including ourselves as buyers. We were helped through the offer and exchange process as first time buyers with lots of patience and consultation which was much appreciated.

GoogleWe tried to book an appointment but there were no response to our e-mails last saturday. After then we called and booked an appointment on the 24th of May at 2.00pm. Then we arrived at the property on 1.00pm (we changed 3 buses to go there under rain). We called them that we arrved early, if they could show the property a bit earlier. They told us the property was already let agreed/rented. We look the rightmove right now and the property is still on the market. We won't work with any Dexters' agent anymore. They are really amateurs...NegativeQuality, Professionalism
