I recently sold my property through Dexters Battersea and had an excellent experience. The market has been difficult since listing early in the year and Jack and the Sales team did everything possible to guide me through the market conditions and secure a buyer. From here Verity in the sales support team took over and took all the pain out of selling. Verity was efficient, clear and ensured the sale kept moving in the right direction. She took the pain out of co-ordinating the sale, and was always personable and professional. The most professional estates agents ! Dexters lettings of Battersea is excellent. The manager is determined to promote and put into practice a service of a very high standard. Whilst being approachable and personable, he balances this well with giving you the confidence that things are safe in the hands of himself and his staff. Each individual agent portrays a welcoming and business like image. They have wonderful pleasant personalities. I have been a tenant with them for 15 months, I just extended my lease for another year as I’ve been so pleased with both my flat and the service. There have only been a couple of minor issues since moving in, both of them Lauren has been very helpful in getting sorted quickly, and she’s been great in sorting my renewal as well! Best sign of an estate agency is when you don’t have to contact them regularly as the properties and service are low-hassle!

Great service and easy process. We dealt with Ashley who was fab, very attentive and always on hand for anything. Listened to requests and managed really quickly. Upon calling our managing agent we had an electrician round within an hour for a small lighting issue. Equally the office on Northcote which is down the road from the property is always open with lovely Charlie on the phone to help with any locked out the house dramas. We will definitely be using Dexter's in the future.
