Over the past few weeks, Michael Bakare has been extremely helpful in showing me the various properties available in my area of interest. The market has been difficult since listing early in the year and Jack and the Sales team did everything possible to guide me through the market conditions and secure a buyer. I have been a tenant with them for 15 months, I just extended my lease for another year as I’ve been so pleased with both my flat and the service. There have only been a couple of minor issues since moving in, both of them Lauren has been very helpful in getting sorted quickly, and she’s been great in sorting my renewal as well! Best sign of an estate agency is when you don’t have to contact them regularly as the properties and service are low-hassle!

Great service and easy process. We dealt with Ashley who was fab, very attentive and always on hand for anything. Listened to requests and managed really quickly. Upon calling our managing agent we had an electrician round within an hour for a small lighting issue. Equally the office on Northcote which is down the road from the property is always open with lovely Charlie on the phone to help with any locked out the house dramas. We will definitely be using Dexter's in the future.
