An incredible service from start to finish. Dexters, in particular Sophia and Matt, handled the sale of our property brilliantly and were nothing but a delight to deal with throughout the process! They should be very proud of themselves and Dexters certainly should be too. We decided to sell having only targeted one particular property we were willing to move to. We knew achieving this would be no mean feat in the midst of a very difficult and fast changing economic climate. We therefore wished to have a very a discreet and off-market sales approach to allow us to be proceedable to achieve the onward purchase we were so eager to have. Time was also a significant factor in the process. Dexter's filled us with confidence from the very beginning and more importantly, did not once let us down. They managed to produce numerous viewings and acceptable offers, all without marketing (at our request) in the time frame we asked them to work to. We received clear, friendly, honest and good levels of communication throughout the process. Sophia handled some renegotiations expertly in the build up to exchange, which was no mean feat! We have been hugely impressed with the service Dexters have given us. They've managed to achieve all business objectives we asked and still provided a very personal approach. We were introduced to the whole Dexter's team, and they all impressed us and worked very proactively for us. The whole office team comes with our full recommendation and other estate agents should take note. They deserve to, and will go very far!

What an incredible service! Sophia and Matt were an absolute delight to deal with! Dexter's are really lucky to have both of them - they are a credit to the company and the industry! We requested a discreet and off-market sales approach, which they assured us could be achieved. They honoured their word throughout the process of selling our house, even in challenging macro economic circumstances and with no marketing. They were communicative, honest and transparent. We had a really good experience with Dexters. Sophia was by far the best agent we came across on our 6 months of flat hunting. She knew all the answers we needed on viewings and only sent us properties that met our criteria, we were getting quite sick of our inbox being filled with properties way out of our budget or not in the area we were looking at from other agents. She seemed to really care about our flat hunt and wanted to help where she could. The flat we eventually bought wasn’t with dexters sadly but we really appreciate all of Sophias help on our search.
