Update from my last review: We received our keys and discovered that the property we bought was left in terrible condition. We contacted Dexter twice, but they did not respond. We hope to receive a response from them soon., There is one agent, Josh, whose behaviour has been quite problematic. Throughout the purchasing process, I had not had any dealings with Josh until today, when he intervened in a manner that was both rude and defensive. His approach was not at all conducive to advancing the transaction. I found his conduct to be highly unprofessional, discourteous, and unreasonable. Should you have the option to select from among the agents, I would strongly advise against choosing Josh. Dexters boasts a selection of far superior agents available to assist you.

Delighted I chose to sell my Battersea flat with Dexters, many agents pitched for it but I sensed with Dexters that they would do what they said they would, and so it was. I cannot recommend Dexters highly enough. I have just sold a flat through them that was not straightforward due to leasehold issues and without exception, everyone I dealt with was helpful, professional and focused on finding solutions. I must make particular mention of Matt Ward, Andy Fildes and Sophia Woodman who all went above and beyond in trying to get the flat sold. I always felt that Matt was always acting in my best interests and doing all he could to proactively progress the sale; he is tenacious and always kept me updated at every step. Andy saw the sale over the line and was eternally positive and constantly in touch with solicitors on all sides to expediate matters. All of this is done with a warm and open manner from everyone; they were the only estate agent who answered the phone on a Saturday in June when I was trying to put the flat on the market which was serendipity; since then I feel extremely fortunate to have had them acting for me and am very grateful to them for all they have done.
