We had a unforeseen issues a few steps in our sale and purchase process however Jamie, Ellie and George all went over and above to not only keep me in the loop but regularly chasing and actually obtaining third party advice when I was given incorrect advice to start with. Having seen alot since I wrote the original post in February and working for the NHS now as a Responder I found a new kind of life and appreciation. You realise certain things more strongly. I was dependent on the sale for care for my elderly parent and it was horrible as the sale progressed Peter James inability to progress a sale was so evident. Literally every few days there was new shocks and revelations like my buyer wanting a new washing machine and four weeks in telling me there was two solicitors for the buyer without our side knowing. The TWO SOLICITORs for a buyer i just warn anyone do not get involved especially with a useless agent. I cannot understand who these buyers are below who received such good treatment as it was not my experience. Peter James never fought for me as a client but like a sort of accessory to my buyers purchase.She must have been pretty or something like this. Enough, we move on. They mentioned I should email them below and they did not reply.
