GoogleAWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Deposit taken and references done, only to turn round and give the property to somebody who offered more money but viewed after our holding deposit was taken. Ridiculous. AVOID MARK DIXON AND PETER JAMES IN GENERAL.
We are sorry to hear of your experience. Our company policy is to take a property off the market once reference forms have been filled out which you were made aware of. We chased you for three days to complete the forms and you were informed that another viewing was taking place and you could risk losing the property. It was unfortunate that we did not receive the forms in time and that someone else offered a higher price, however we had to inform the Landlord of the higher offer, of which they accepted. We then refunded your holding deposit in full. We apologise for how things progressed and hope that we get another chance to improve your opinion of Peter James in the future.
