I would highly recommend this Dexters . We sold our flat with them. George Leigh went above and beyond throughout the whole process. When complications arose during our chain (due to solicitors further down the chain) he kept us informed daily and consistently found solutions to what was unfolding in a calm, positive and productive way that got things moving. Lily Anderton was also great, keeping us in the loop with wonderful communication and also pushing things through. Michael and the team gave great advice. Huge thanks and appreciation for this team.

He got our house under offer again within five days, arranging extensive viewings over a weekend after our buyers pulled out at the eleventh hour. He managed a difficult exchange with a long chain, representing the requirements of ourselves and out buyers, and understanding / managing the nuances and personalities involved. George was always professional, cheerful, with a can do attitude. When we asked for daily communications on exchange he delivered. Finally, selling a home is an emotional time. At our first meeting, George demonstrated understanding and appreciation of this.

Michael from Dexter's gave a very impressive price when viewing the property, unfortunately, the house fell through many times and the price was reduced every time which was slightly disappointing. The Sales team Dominick, Harry and George were extremely helpful and always willing to take my calls and emails. The reason for the 4 star is because of the time it took for this sale to go through, we were advised that everything was ready and it would be a quick sale but it took 4 months which to me was not quick. I would recommend Dexter's to sell your property.

I've been very impressed by Dexters on the sale of our flat. We had a steady stream of viewers, and were notified of every viewing. This may be fairly standard for most estate agents, but it was during the sale that the team really shone. George worked hard to make sure that the sale went through before any deadlines, applying gentle pressure on all the legal teams to keep moving, and staying in contact with all sides. Buying or selling can be very stressful; George was very good at keeping it all steady and calm. Would definitely recommend.

we are sellers we first put the flat on the market with ladywell Dexters with michael this company is fantastic as they work as a team between Esate agents we had issues with our lawyer going out of business then dexters team recommended simply conveyings who work closely with them which helps a lot then we had probate issues they kept encouraging the buyer especially sandra at brockley at Dexters she is very professional and doesn’t give up I would highly recommend Dexters especially if you have probate issues and need time it took us 9mths but this team really encouraged the buyer to hang in there and we completed 2 weeks ago Dexters you are fantastic

Michael at Dexters is honestly the best agent I think I’ve ever worked with ( and this property is my 9th purchase - so that’s a lot of agents!!!). He’s extremely knowledgable, nothing is too much trouble for him, and he never seems to stop working. He was my buying agent and to be honest, he ended up doing more than half the job of my selling agent as they were NOT on the ball like Michael was. If I’d have known I would have bought AND sold with Dexters. I can’t say enough about Michael. He’s a champ. Michael and the rest of the team were amazing we really can’t thank them enough for all they did. First and foremost, we wouldn’t have been able to move if it wasn’t for them, we didn’t think we could afford our onward purchase, but they made it happen. We had 2x other agents from very reputable establishments come in to provide a valuation, Michael came in and quoted over 20% higher for an asking price, a huge statement!! But he backed it up with real numbers of the places he had sold recently on our street and connecting ones. With a bold 20% higher valuation than anyone else, he then managed to get it sold off market within a week for a smidge below asking price. This whole process changed our lives, we could now afford our dream home and were in a great place to negotiate on it. I can honestly say, without a doubt that Michael and the team were amazing value for money, and they have changed our lives (hopefully for the better). Use them, and don’t look back.

Michael, Joe and the Dexters team did a brilliant job on the sale of our place. We set an ambitious price target which they fully delivered on. We then entered into a highly complex rollercoaster of a chain which Michael was on hand to help us expertly navigate. At a stressful moment of potentially losing our buyers they were able to find a plan b within 4 days. Great comms and professionalism throughout the process, totally delivered on the brief and targets and rolled up their sleeves when the going got tough. Can’t recommend them more!
