I didn't go in there to buy a house. I didn't go in there to rent a flat, and I certainly didn't expect to leave with a massive smile on my face. Lets face it Estate Agents do get a bit of a bad wrap. Lee the manager and all the staff were really helpful, and being Local themselves went out of their way to help me. We are currently trying to save a tiny piece of land from developers and on the off chance I popped in yesterday to see if they could help us Lee immediately leapt to his feet and lent me a book and an ordinance survey map to help us. and we chatted about the local area. and they all have great knowledge of it. If I was buying a house this is where I'd go. So thanks From me and the local community for all your help with the Save Duncombe Hill Green campaign.

It was a pleasure to deal with Peter James for the purchase of my new house. After Alvin helped us with the viewing, I dealt mostly with Lee Davis who offered great advice and was swift to respond during the negotiations. I felt he understood my position and was working for the best outcome for both parties. I was happy we reached a fair result and once we had the offer accepted, the house was taken off the market immediately. Whenever there was a delay in the process Lee worked hard to keep things moving. Lee and his team were always true to their word and with good humour helped to lighten stressful situations! I would definitely use them if I were to sell in the future.
