GoogleI put my property on the market with Peter James on the 14th June and have just exchanged contracts today the 14th Aug. I can not express how happy Iv been with the service I have received, they are very professional, friendly, and know exactly what they are doing. I can not believe how quick they got my property sold, especially with the way the market is so unpredictable at the moment. My agent was Lee Davis, he kept me up to date all the way, and I will 100% be using them again on my next sale. Thank you Lee for making this a very non stressful experience, it’s been a pleasure.

GoogleHad an excellent experience dealing with Lee and George at Peter James. We appreciated George's attention and flexibility. In fact, we were going to skip the original viewing and go see another house when George rang us to see if we were delayed. He was attentive and clearly very passionate about the area. Lee was also very helpful in getting the deal done at speed and getting us into our new home in time for Christmas. They got all of our questions answered and got the legal teams moving. Overall, a very good experience with a great team and well recommended.

GoogleWe had a unforeseen issues a few steps in our sale and purchase process however Jamie, Ellie and George all went over and above to not only keep me in the loop but regularly chasing and actually obtaining third party advice when I was given incorrect advice to start with.
