They were totally encouraging and supportive throughout the entire process, keeping us in the loop throughout, and ironing out all the difficulties along the way. The team at Roy Brooks were amazing during my somewhat stressful house sale. I know, I know, who among us has had a stress-free house sale? Suffice to say that I was on the phone to my solicitor on the point of pulling out, when I was talked off the ledge (on separate occasions) by the lovely Elaine, Emma and Stacy. From the beginning there was a high level of professionalism. All maintained a sense of humour and, as individuals made my house sale seem like it mattered to each and every one of them. The valuation was realistic and fair as was the advice I received before as well as during the sale process. I would highly recommend the use of their services, especially if you value local, independent minded firms who employ grown-ups with personalities. Also their offices are dog friendly!

From woe to go I was impressed by RB's handling of my recent sale in Nunhead, Stacy led the charge from all fronts and her team was there to back her up in an intelligent, coordinated fashion. What seemed like a breezy sale ran a ground midway and Stacy took no prisoners assertively but politely helping to iron out issues and smooth things over with all parties with great success. Needless to say if it wasn't for Stacy's tenacity we might still be waiting for our Deed of variation, going the extra mile to ensure we met our completion deadlines. I would also add that RB also managed the property as a rental and I was equally impressed by the services offered here. I worked with Lewis over a 4 year period and he helped guide me, a rookie landlord through some often stormy waters, i felt that he would have also been a fair landlord from the perspective of the tenant as well, which I imagine is a difficult thing to do. Overall I couldn't recommend RB more.

Had a great experience selling our house with Roy Brooks! We bought the house a few years ago via Roy Brooks and Stacy Kaur looked after us really well. When we decided to move from London Stacy was the obvious choice to handle the sale. Our house sold on the second day of being on the market, and Stacy did an amazing job of keeping things on track - sale agreed to moving in the space of 2 months! Stacy is professional, reliable, realistic and has a great personality. Moving is meant to be one of life’s most stressful events. Thanks to Stacy it wasn’t. A really nice touch was organising a meeting with the buyers to talk about the house and local area. Thanks Stacy, you are great at your job!
