It was important to have a strong committed buyer in order to save my Onward purchase. I also wanted a family to have it to once more breathe life back into my family’s home. Having given first dibs to the team that we bought our Nunhead house from, we had to call the Midwives when nothing was doing. Liz & Co took over and delivered the major change we needed. Cant thank the team enough. My sale took nearly two years due to issues with cladding. I was one of the lucky ones whose building was awarded the safety certificate but it was very stressful. I was supported the whole way through by the team. When I had to move and leave the property unoccupied they ensured everything was handled for me and they took away a lot of the stress. We were so impressed by the level of service from Roy Brooks. Jaydene managed our sale and was always accessible and responsive, we really felt we could trust her judgement. One of the things that stood out was that the whole team took an interest in our property and were respectful of our requirements as sellers, for example, scheduling viewings in blocks which made it easier for us to manage with our young family. The photographer was excellent too, and incredibly patient as we followed him around the house whisking the kid's stuff out of shot. Moving is inevitably stressful but I think the team at Roy Brooks did all they could to lighten the load and are happy to recommend them.
