We have done a few viewings with Edward and he has been very responsive throughout the whole process. Called straight away when enquiring about a few houses and managed to organise viewings in the next few days. He is clearly very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and seems like he really wants to find the right house for you, which is lovely! We recently used Dexters to sell our house in Nunhead. Liz was our agent from start to finish however we regularly spoke to other members of the team. They were fantastic at every opportunity and made sure that we were always in loop regarding next steps. While we were away on holiday, our initial buyers pulled out which could have been a disaster however Liz had viewings arranged within 24hrs and a new buyer lined up in 36hrs. Outstanding and highly recommended.

We recently purchased a house and Dexter's were representing the sellers. We were first time buyers and the house was a probate property in need of renovation so it was not as straightforward a process as some house sales. However our agent Luca was very helpful, approachable, patient and transparent and always available for advice or to help get information we needed. It was so helpful having someone reliable and competent we could touch in with throughout the process, who would help move things forward when necessary.

Edward Torry helped me buy my first flat, and was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely diligent, and ensured quick follow-up between me and the seller, and was kind, knowledgeable and really friendly. As I was new to the housing market, I was relatively clueless and Edward's support made the flat-buying process easy and much less stressful - he was even extremely patient and helpful when I was overseas for a large portion of the buying process. I would recommend Edward, and Dexters, to anybody buying or selling a house. Thank you again!

Estate agent Thomas Barbieri handled my purchase excellently. He’s an expert at what he does and is v knowledgeable about the area. All communications were friendly, clear, and efficient. He worked hard to stick to my tight deadline, giving me regular updates and reassuring me of progress. As a first-time buyer, I had been warned the process would be stressful and frustrating - on the contrary, Thomas managed a process that was smooth, straightforward, and amiable.
