GoogleAs a Landlady with Dexters for nearly the last 5 years, I have found them incredibly helpful and understanding.
I was helped and guided a great deal by Ashley and Vanya as I needed new tenants in July and they very quickly sorted it all out for me from the time the house was ready to be re-let after some refurbishment work.
Incredibly grateful and appreciative of Ashley’s help as I would often ask him things on contracts etc when I did not understand them and he was always very polite and patient in his explanations, and very prompt and polite in returning my phone calls and emails.
Vanya also worked incredibly hard at getting the tenants in on time, as there were delays with references, but she saved me a lot of time and hassle by getting everything in order quickly. Also always very polite and friendly.
