Ashley Dawkins is by far the most competent, helpful and professional lettings agent I have dealt with in 25 years. He's engaged, communicates clearly and often and goes out of his way to sort out issues. He even played the role of part-time plumber when we had an emergency in a flat, and that too without me asking. You want this man on your lettings team, it's that simple. Moving house is always stressful. Probably one of the most stressful things to do whilst juggling the demands of work and daily life, however Josh and the team at Dexters were fantastic.
