Very impressed with the service!! Not only did they find a tenant for me in 2 days they gave me very professional advice and didn’t try to sell me their most expensive letting management deals. It was all about what suited my needs. I dealt with Mark and as a first time landlord I know I was asking him advice on things that I probably should have googled and figured out for myself but he always answered and gave his advice. Definitely recommend!!!

We had a positive experience of purchasing a property through Peter James. Jamie Dalton was informative and willing to go out of his way to find out answers to questions we had. When we had issues with our conveyancer, Jamie was understanding yet persuasive in a way that made us want to help the process move quicker for the vendor. When Jamie was away, his cover Peter, was immediately helpful with one of our queries and went out of his way to answer one of our questions by phone. One thing I would like to see though, is for Peter to work on his email manner, as he can come across a rude, and did not address all our concerns through email which did cause us added stress at a difficult time of the purchasing process. Peter’s approach to email, might cause others to react negatively in the buying process. Overall the service was helpful, and Jamie worked hard to be an excellent facilitator between all the parties involved.

I have just rented my house through Peter James at Lee Green and I could not recommend them more highly. I considered three other agents before choosing Peter James because of their professional and thorough approach, but also because they had just joined forces with another company specialising in corporate leasing, and this seemed to offer a greater range of custom. From finding potential tenants, vetting them, preparing the house for leasing, dealing with multiple unexpected legal difficulties, and dealing with all the safety and legal and financial documentation, Peter James personnel were exceptionally supportive and helpful and seemingly tireless. We decided to go with Peter James over other agents in the area, not only had they just sold a property across the road they also offered a very competitive commission. During the appraisal (by Peter) very detailed notes were taken (no other agent took the time to do this), he was personable, knowledgeable, forthcoming and set the right level of expectation - it really was a no-brainer and we called to confirm that we'd go with them within minutes of Peter leaving! Prior to pictures being taken and getting the property on the market we were conscious that we needed to jet wash our patio but we didn't have a jet wash - to the rescue Peter stepped in an lent us his own personal jet wash! Once the property was on the market Jamie took over. Firstly I want to say that the level of professionalism and communication from Jamie was second to none. Our property was only on the market for one day only (!) and we achieved a figure that we were really happy with. Throughout the process Jamie was in regular contact and provided us with a good feeling and sense of progress, resolving any outstanding queries with the buyers very quickly (the same can't be said for our solicitor...). Overall I would recommend Peter James, in particular Peter and Jamie within this branch, without hesitation!

I cannot recommend Peter James enough!! Outstanding service! Having heard a lot of horror stories about estate agents I had fairly low expectations. These were all blown out of the water. Jamie is an absolute star who goes above and beyond in his work. He made us feel like we were his only clients and was always at the end of the phone. Great communication and provided more support and advice to us than our solicitor. It has at times been a very stressful sale made easier by Jamie's super efficient and vigilant attitude. All of the staff at the Lee office are very friendly, helpful and approachable.

I was very impressed with Kirlon of Peter James Estates. When I locked myself out of my house, he drove over within 15 minutes with a spare key. Although unfortunately the spare key didn't fit the lock, he stayed with me until I had managed to make contact with someone who could help, and provided assistance with doing this.
