GoogleDexters - Lee office, have been absolutely amazing during the nightmare sale of our house. Having put up with the slowest and most uncommunicative buyers and their solicitors, and having remarketed it at one point, they have been so helpful. Special mentions go to Sandra (Progression) who had to put up with my almost daily phone calls and who regularly calmed me down when I was getting beyond stressed and Sam (Sales Manager in Lee) who was the kindest and most helpful and efficient person during the whole process, they have both been wonderful. The whole sales team there have worked really hard for us and we will be forever grateful that we are finally going to move into the perfect house we found over nine months ago! Thank you all so much.

GoogleInstructed Peter James to sell our house as we were leaving London. Peter at the Lee office valued our home for the right price and the Lee team found the right buyer very quickly after we listed. Unfortunately things at the bottom of the chain got a little complicated as time went on but the sales team kept us in the loop and it felt like a partnership throughout the whole process. Would recommend to anyone hoping to sell their property.

GoogleI've had great experience working with Hadrick. He was very efficient and courteous and was ready to answer any queries we had in a very professional manner. Even though we called him late on a Friday afternoon, he managed to squeeze in a viewing within 30 minutes and worked tirelessly over the following weekend to have us approved for a flat rental. I highly recommend Dexters Lee branch in general and Hadrick John specifically for any of your real estate needs.

He went above and beyond to explain the pros and cons of the new flat and helped us realise one of our dream areas was within reach for us! Although we didn't rent an apartment through them eventually , but they were extremely polite from the day we met them and guided us well about the proceedings, answering all our questions patiently and offering valuable solutions to our problems.
