GoogleSince starting our search for a new property after being given notice in March by our landlord who is putting the property up for sale Collins has shown great patience after I had accepted a place I had looked at but then had to pass it up after my wife had a look and refused to accept it. I’m so very grateful for all the professionalism shown and the helpful advice we have received from Collins as we transition from our old to our new, these things are always stressful but having a guy like Collins advising helps make it that bit less. GoogleThe team at Peter James Estates were very quick to respond when arranging viewings. We are now being managed by Alicia who I can not commend enough for always being on hand for any questions & clearly taking us through the tenancy process, what was needed and managing the timelines. She went above and beyond to accommodate us for a second viewing with our Son (11months) and did not make us feel rushed, allowed us to do a thorough viewing with him walking around the place. Alicia is very professional yet personable which really makes the difference. We have enjoyed working with her. GoogleEverything went nice, fast and smooth. Also, the only agency that actually asked if we had a dog before proposing us another flat that don't accept pets as all other agencies did. Can't really complain. Was capable to do almost 99% of contract and reference checks via phone and internet, and that was important for us, as I had so much job, I did not have time to attend any meeting or bring any papers in person. The only time I actually meet agents in person was during an initial viewing and when we received the keys to the flat.
