My partner and I have been in the search for flats for over 2 months, with no luck. Our offers often were not accepted, and we had to chase agents down to find that out. We messaged Dexters Lee about a property, as our last hope to stay in London. We were able to view the place the next day, we put an offer down, and got our offer accepted that same day. We were able to move in just a week later. The whole lettings team was extraordinarily helpful and responsive during our reference checks, especially James, the primary agent we worked with. They were understanding of our less than ideal time frame and situation(s). I would definitely rent with this office again!

Angel Jones of the Lee, SE12 London office was fantastic. We utilised her services when we were seeking a house to rent. She observed all of our requirements and kept looking for a property that suited our needs. She was persistent and showed us properties that we would not have initially considered, but needed to in the current difficult climate. Our position was very swiftly covered by Sam Hignell, when Angel was on annual leave.

Amazing experience with the staff here! Everything has been super organised and friendly from my first phone call to signing the tenancy. I was impressed with how efficiently Kirlon and Aaron ran the viewing, they had all the information I needed and were so accommodating and polite. Alicia handled things after that and she always got back to me quickly, and worked so hard to get everything signed off in a tiny time frame. There have been no loose ends at all because Alicia has so diligently worked to keep me informed and get the process completed quickly. I've had to move under stressful circumstances and Alicia's kindness, professionality, and attention to detail have made a turbulent time in my life so much easier. Couldn't recommend more!

I have recently used Peter James in putting a property on the rental market. Working with Mark Dixon and Kirlon Sanchez made a very stressful process much less stressful for a first time landlord. Both agents have been very responsive to any questions or concerns raised, always responding quicker than expected and resolving everything at pace. They were able assist in getting everything over the line on time for a sucessful move in for the new tenant. I would highly recommend them for a thorough and quality service. In addition, we were able to secure the purchase of our new property through Peter James. Even though this transaction took longer than we had anticipated Jaqueline was always responsive and became very pivotal in getting the entire chain to communicate on the completion and exchabge dates. Jax and Peter were fabulous in securing the sale of my flat in the area. Firstly we had an offer confirmed on the first day of viewings, which was brilliantly negotiated by Jax.
