GoogleIn the beginning everything was fine with agency when we moved to the house! But as soon as we notice the neighbours were too noisy and because they were above us on 2nd floor , I reported I to the agency! That November 2019 . I moved from the property this summer so for that time they even didn't bother to contact with the noisy neighbours and aware them that they are damaging the property on the first floor especially the ceiling. Tried to put extra charges on top after I moved so we had to deal with despite service company. Totally unprofessional and I can say as well discrimination so if you like to deal with bunch of crooks especially during pandemic that's your agency :)
