I would like to share my positive and helpful experience of dealing with Lilli Kelly - she is always so positive, so helpful. (I asked her for help and she called me straightaway). A few minutes ago, she took me through the login process for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme guiding me each step along the way - navigating through everything. A difficult task made easy by Lilli. She even offered to send me the check-in and check-out reports - saving me time in searching for them. 1st class service with a smile. Lovely person! Great service - keep it up! Lilli!

I researched Dexters Agents and thought they were reputable agents- however I was very much mistaken. As a landlord, they have disappointed me greatly. They have failed to carry out thorough and adequate checks of the tenants of my property which unfortunately led to my property being sub- letted. I have raised several complaints with John and Cathrine and they have not supported me this far. If you are a Landlord, please avoid them. They are only interested in collecting maximum amont of rent and not protecting your property.

John Miller and his colleague, Amr Amin, worked very hard to find us new tenants. Throughout the process they kept us updated on the viewings that were being carried out and made time for us - sometimes after hours. All this ensured that the new tenancy was set up on time and with minimal fuss. We are very grateful to them for all their help.
