GoogleWe had quite a long search looking for a property to rent in the Bow/Poplar area and had become quite frustrated with other Estate Agents who didn't seem to have our best interests in mind. However, when we got in contact with Roshan at Dexters it was like a breath of fresh air. He was kind and courteous, and gave the impression that he would stop at nothing to get us an apartment which we were happy with. Fortunately, the first flat that he took us to see was the one for us! He was helpful and communicative yet not pushy - everything that is great in an estate agent. Definitely a 5 star review from me!

GoogleI was shown a property by Jayda. Professional, punctual and she knew the flat, I was interested in, very well. I didn’t go ahead with applying for the property but nevertheless I’d contact her again in case I’d find a suitable flat for me. Very polite colleagues, as well, in the particular branch.

GoogleFrankie contacted me for the viewing and All the information provided. Went through the property in very detailed manner and once finalised rest of process was pretty quick as well. Unlike other agents, Frankie did not rush me to take decision and actually put efforts to make it seamless throughout the process. I would recommend Dexters to everyone.

GoogleLydia from Dexters was very helpful with sorting out our letting agreement. She responds quickly to queries, and always goes above and beyond to give full and helpful answers. We had a somewhat complicated situation (taking over a tenancy from an existing tenant) and it was sorted with no effort. When the third party referencing company were being a bit slow, Lydia chased them up and got it all sorted for us within a day.
