GoogleShannon Waterfall at Dexters helped us close out on our apartment hunt within a day by showing just the right place for us. We were able to move in on our preferred date, which meant discussion with landlord and finishing off the paperwork within a week's time. The entire process was smooth and well handled by Shannon. Would definitely recommend Dexters' service :)

GoogleWe used Dexters to find an apartment to rent about a month ago. Our agent, Zhora, was extremely helpful. She guided us through the process and was always available to answer our questions. What is more, Zhora continued being helpful also after the tenancy agreement was signed, even though the property is technically managed by the landlord. I have moved 4 times during the past three years and this has definitely been the best experience so far.

GoogleWe rented with Dexters (and our property was also managed by them) for 4 years. The whole experience from start to finish was great ! Rosie (our property manger) was super responsive with regards to any issues that were flagged. She always kept us posted on the progress of things which is always a huge help! She was an absolute super star ! I would highly recommend Dexters ! :)

GoogleThe overall experience with Bogdan from Dexters was good. But the process was inefficient. I guess that’s normal in UK. My wife was not able to get a signed agreement until now, but she has already paid everything including deposit fees and first month rent a week ago and move in date is in three days.
