This was the first time we engaged with Dexters to rent an apartment in E14 and while their inventory felt mostly average, our agent, Frankie Bullock, was a saviour! He found us a lovely flat and helped close the deal within a few days. I was particularly impressed by how he remembered and incorporated our requirements while shortlisting / suggesting apartments despite a long search period. He was very professional and represented the landlord’s needs strongly but also supported us to move things along. Very approachable and responsive. Only reason for my 4 stars is for more paper/ admin work we’ve had to do with Dexters than other agencies (might be new rules)

Stellar service provided by Dexters, end to end. On this occasion it was by Adam Slaney, who assisted me through a complex transaction that lasted just over 4 weeks, including organising licensing application, tenancy contract, regulatory inspections, inventory, and onboarding a number of tenants. I was kept informed every step of the way, and he was always open to answering silly landlord questions. This level of service and careful attention to detail is precisely why I continue to use Dexters time and again. Thank you once again Adam, and of course the wider team for their patience and getting this over the line. If you're a landlord or tenant - will always recommend paying a quick visit to Dexters, or giving them a call.
