Delighted with the service provided by Dexters on the sale of our flat, in particular the assistance of Ben Hughes. Ben went above and beyond to get a difficult sale over the line, when we had almost given up hope! And he was still helping us, even when the sale had completed! Have had a really great experience with Dexters. I managed to find an amazing place and Alex has been great at sorting everything, without any delay or trouble and always with a friendly tone which is always appreciated but especially in what can be a stressful time finding a new place. Lucy showed my friend around the flat who then video called me and my other friends. Lucy was very nice and accommodating to the circumstances and very helpful also throughout the process. People at Dexters are professional, personable and efficient. I would highly recommend their services! My partner and I have been looking for a rental property in SE1 for over 3 months. We were a bit apprehensive about letting agencies as we had previously rented directly from landlords and our prior experience with other agencies was subpar. Our first interaction with Ida was great. She took the time to understand our needs and recommended two properties - both places were the nicest we viewed. We provided our list of requirements and asked Ida to confirm if the landlord was happy to negotiate these terms before we make an offer. We were in no hurry to accept (we were difficult clients) as we had been burnt before. There was some back and forth, however Ida was patient with all our requests. Once we made an offer, the process right through to check-in was smooth. Ida kept me informed of the documentation and next steps. She also stepped in to help me with an alternate method to complete my referral check (I was travelling and had limited contact available). The move itself was perfect, the check-in agent walked through the inventory with us. He acknowledged the issues and the very next working day we had the property manager (Natasha) come in, assess the issues and organise handymen to fix the problems (all within 3-4 days). So far its been a week at the new place and we are extremely happy with the flat and our letting agency.

My partner and I are just purchasing our first home. We have received fabulous service throughout. The first viewing was great - Tom was helpful without being pushy, and always responded to call very quickly. We are still in the purchasing process however we are delighted by the services offered by Charley and Justine. They always respond promptly to our million questions - they patience is admirable! They help us with chasing all parties and overall we do feel very supported in the transaction. I honestly couldn't recommend more. I dealt with Ryan Avery last year at this branch. I was looking for a two bedroom, two bathroom flat in central Borough. He showed me two great places, and gave impartial and market-savvy advice. I work as a surveyor, and he easily satisfied my more technical queries. The negotiation process was very easy, albeit comprehensive, and I cannot fault the wider service Dexters provide. I would highly recommend asking for Ryan at this office if you are looking to rent in borough. Our flat is also managed by the agency and I have dealt with Emily Wells. I have had horrendous experiences with some managing agents in the past, especially felicity j lord. Emily creates equal balance between us, as tenants, and the landlord. Our landlord us v good and I feel Emily facilitates a productive relationship. I have rented for over 10 years in London, and Emily has reduced stress as compared to a countless number of other agents.
