GoogleFirst of all, be very wary of the positive reviews.
Secondly, DO NOT TRUST this outfit. They tell you what you want to hear but from our experience, they try to sell the place to the first person who makes an offer and then they take the property off the market. We were let down twice by this lot because the properties we were selling with them were "reserved" for the prospective buyers.
One decided to pull out a couple of months later, the other knew the place was reserved for her and asked for the agreed price to be lowered by £10k.
We told her and Dexters to take a hike.
