GoogleFirst of all, be very wary of the positive reviews. Secondly, DO NOT TRUST this outfit. They tell you what you want to hear but from our experience, they try to sell the place to the first person who makes an offer and then they take the property off the market. We were let down twice by this lot because the properties we were selling with them were "reserved" for the prospective buyers. One decided to pull out a couple of months later, the other knew the place was reserved for her and asked for the agreed price to be lowered by £10k. We told her and Dexters to take a hike.

GoogleIt was my first time renting an apartment and as a person in my early 20's, navigating the world of renting - especially in London - can be very overwhelming. Alfie guided me through the whole process and was attentive and helpful whenever I needed guidance or help. He was very helpful, he responded to all my questions, he thoroughly explained the next steps if I was interested, and he came prepared with an application to rent if I was interested in the apartment on the spot. He is also the only agent that ever wanted feedback as to why I decided to not put in an offer for a viewed apartment.
